A baby is born and that’s without an obligation

To become the mediation to its parents complications

Early in its life’s journey

It don’t need to be feeling like an attorney

Since when has a child been an accessory?

A life decoration in need of no necessity?

No dependency, ancillary to a pregnancy

Just a pleasantry or arsenal to your weaponry

Raising them with jealously and very little empathy

Effectively, crushing their chance of something heavenly

Lacking all of life’s remedies

So essentially from their birth registry to adulthood

They’ll never be equipped with the crown jewels of parenthood

It’s like the passing of a baton in a race just like a parent should

You gotta bring em' to the most profitable place

Before you let go, so they can continue the race

Cos you never get the chance to ever replace

A fucked up childhood provided with no embrace of love

From people who supposed to care about them most

Просто тому, що батьки не змогли змусити їх діяти разом

Ніхто насправді не каже, що батьки повинні бути разом у пастці

Але якщо мама і тато можуть лягти, вони знову разом

У деяких дітей може згнити голова

Про те, хто вони і тих, хто їх дійсно повернув

Це впливає на те, чи вони прямі чи м’які

Жодна дитина ніколи не хоче відчувати, що татові все одно

Або мами дивляться з ними, бо їхнього тата немає

Я чую, як вони говорять про відсутність втручань

Тому що я граю обох батьків

Ніби вони з’являються в п’єсі

Але це не гра, це маленьке життя

Потрібне більше, ніж дивитися на того, хто робить мало правильно

Вони ніби плекають квітку з маленьким світлом

Просто тому, що вони розлучилися зі своїм партнером у запеклій бійці

Тепер вони розмовляють про сміття на Facebook і Twitter

З якого часу дитина — аксесуар?

Прикраса життя, яка не потребує необхідності?

Немає залежності, допоміжне для вагітності

Просто приємність або арсенал вашої зброї

Виховуючи їх з ревнощами і дуже невеликою емпатією

Фактично, зменшуючи їхні шанси на щось райське

Не вистачає всіх життєвих засобів

Тож, по суті, від їх реєстру народження до повноліття

Вони ніколи не будуть оснащені коштовністю батьківства

Це як передача естафетної палички в перегонах, як і мають батьки

Ви повинні доставити їх у найвигідніше місце

Перш ніж ви відпустите, щоб вони могли продовжити гонку

Тому що ви ніколи не маєте можливості коли-небудь замінити

З’їдене дитинство без обіймів любові

Від людей, які повинні піклуватися про них найбільше

Натомість вони дивляться, тому що повністю захоплені

Якась дурна думка, що вони все роблять правильно

Ніколи не вчив їх не поважати, сидячи в Інтернеті

Куривши цигарку, ще не приготував вечерю

Тато зробив ще одну ставку, але ще не знайшов переможця

Але ми хочемо, щоб ці діти слухали, коли їх батьки не слухають
