We’re coming to the close of our Millennium.

And the words of the Good Book read just like Headlines

And the prophecies look like they’re coming to pass.

Earthquakes, famines, pestilence, disease;

Wars and rumors of wars while proclaiming peace.

As in the days of Noah, as in the days of Lot,

We refuse to remember, and then blame it all on God.

And the words of the Good Book read just like headlines,

And the prophecies look like they’re coming to pass.

Men will be lovers of themselves, unthankful, unholy,

Boasters, proud, blasphemers, lovers of money.

Unloving, unforgiving, despising all that’s good;

Lovers of their pleasures rather than lovers of God.

Disregard their mother, disregard their father,

Disregard the power of the Lord.

Слухай — час минає — налітає пісок.

Не любить, не прощає, зневажає все добре;

Любителі їх задоволень, а не любителі Бога.

Нехтуйте своєю матір'ю, нехтуйте своїм батьком,

Не зважайте на силу Господа.
